Experience
Apart from being engaged as the lead corporate advisor for numerous high profile M&A transactions and debt and equity capital raisings, John specialises in advising on the funding of major infrastructure projects. John has also been heavily involved in cross-border transactions in PNG, China, Japan, Korea, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.
As a corporate finance and project finance specialist, John has supported buyers and sellers through the complete M&A lifecycle, working closely with all stakeholders including investors, debt financiers and legal teams. In addition, John is responsible for performing company valuations and financial and commercial due diligence.

John offers in-depth knowledge and technical expertise, with a high amount of commercial acumen. John’s experience spans a wide range of industry sectors including industrial and manufacturing, renewable energy, banking and insurance, energy and resources, utilities, telecommunications, tourism and hospitality, agriculture and life sciences.
